I didn’t write the book on recruiting and I don’t claim to be a recruiter extraordinaire. What I do know are people and how to build unique relationships that last a lifetime. Trust is the main part of recruiting and if you don’t trust the person representing your brand, then you are going nowhere fast. Other recruiting companies rely on their existing networks reusing and recycling the same candidates, over and over again. I find the right people through really transparent conversations about not only their wants and needs, but how they align with your overall mission. Again, this is a people and relationship driven industry and this is where I thrive.

While there is no right or wrong way to truly recruit for a business, there is something so powerful about being the lightening bolt that puts a candidate on a new path that they never thought about exploring before.
